Yesseam is a vertically integrated seamless activewear factory in Xiamen, China. We run fully in-house circular seamless knitting, cut & sew, dye-sublimation and finishing under one roof — a level of vertical integration most factories outsource. With 12 years of experience, 200+ global brand partners, BSCI, GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001 certification, we deliver the consistency that full in-house production allows.

Yesseam is a real factory in Xiamen — we run circular seamless knitting, cut & sew, dye-sublimation and finishing in-house, with fabric dyeing at partner dye houses. There is no middleman and no markup, and you are welcome to audit the facility or request live video of your order in production.

Every order is checked with in-line inspection during knitting and sewing and a final AQL inspection before it ships, under ISO 9001 quality management and BSCI, GRS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 standards. You also approve a real fit sample before any bulk production begins.

For eligible in-stock styles, the minimum is 50 garments in total without a logo or 100 garments in total with your own logo or labels. Mix available styles, colours and sizes. A two-piece set counts as two garments: 50 sets = 100 garments. Full custom OEM/ODM usually requires 300–500 garments per style per colour, depending on design, fabric and construction; custom knitted patterns generally require 500. Custom dyeing, fit changes and knit-in logos have separate development minimums.

Development samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production is 30 days standard and 15 days rush after sample approval.

A development sample costs about US$30–80 per style, and we credit the sample fee back against your bulk order. Fabric swatch packs are free. Your quote states the sampling cost and timeline, and you approve a fit sample before bulk production starts, so nothing goes into bulk on an unapproved fit.

All three. Private label applies your brand to our developed styles; OEM manufactures to your tech packs; ODM lets you build on our in-house designs and fabric library.

Yes. Our pattern room turns your sketches into tech packs free of charge, and from a reference sample we work out the pattern, fabric and finish, then develop a matching or improved version. Either way, you approve a fit sample before bulk production starts.

Yes. Besides seamless activewear, we make swimwear, menswear, tennis and golf styles and jumpsuits, plus cut-and-sew activewear for training and everyday wear. You can browse 300 ready-to-brand styles across seven categories on this site, and every style can be customised or developed from scratch.

Seamless activewear is knitted on circular seamless machines as a single tube with minimal stitching — giving a second-skin fit, fewer chafe points, better stretch recovery and a smoother look under clothing. Yesseam knits seamless in-house, which is where our name comes from.

Buttery nylon/spandex, ultralight mesh, ribbed seamless and GRS-certified recycled knits. The facility is BSCI audited and works with GRS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified materials.

Yes. We dye fabric to your Pantone shade, and you approve a lab dip before bulk production. Each custom shade carries its own dye minimum. If you want to start faster, you can also order any stock style in the colourways already shown on its product page.

On stock styles we apply heat-transfer logos (HD or silicone), printed tagless neck marks and printed or woven labels. On custom styles we can knit your logo into the fabric as a jacquard, so it cannot crack or peel; it is set up once in the knitting program and counts as custom development. Custom knitted patterns generally require 500 garments per style per colour; confirm the minimum for your logo design. We send free logo mockups before sampling.

Yes. We supply woven and printed labels, hang tags, polybags and branded cartons, and we apply your labels, tags and packaging in-house, so goods arrive ready for retail. This works on stock styles too, from 100 garments in total with your branding.
